Jess's Birthday Cake


This was my first attempt at chocolate.....a 6" caramel mud cake with white chocolate ganache and white chocolate decoration. It took quite a while to do all the different parts of this cake, melting the chocolate, letting it set, guessing the right temperature to start playing with it again, but it was worth the effort. Looked great, tasted even better and even attempted my own fabric bow (thank you 'You Tube' once again!)
